Camps & Classes

The Hunter Heritage Foundation hosts numerous outdoor educational camps, classes and events which are specifically geared to help build an appreciation and understanding of hunting and its benefits for conservation and wildlife management.

Camps

Hunter Heritage Foundation’s youth camps are hands-on events that provide a memorable and educational outdoor experience. Camps vary from single- to multiple-day events and always deliver a diverse curriculum, such as shooting, field dressing, antler scoring, game calling, archery, wilderness survival and more. HHF camps also give every camper the chance to make new friends who share enthusiasm for the outdoors.

Classes

In addition to camps, Hunter Heritage Foundation hosts clinics and seminars during the year that offer specific education on various topics. With classroom presentations about whitetail deer and other wildlife, HHF’s ‘Wild Academy’ events help provide children with a better understanding of nature and the importance of being responsible stewards for the land and animals.

“We are very excited to offer this fun series of outdoor camps and classes for children,” says John Meng, HHF founder. “The number of sportsmen and women in America today is declining rapidly so it is essential that we encourage our youth to become more involved and knowledgeable about the outdoors if we are to preserve our American outdoor traditions and protect our conservation efforts for future generations.”
